The
Universal Blueprint®
Parenting Success Formula is so effective in empowering
parents to find individualized solutions to any parenting
challenge that many counselors, coaches and consultants want to
use it to help them more quickly and effectively support and
guide the parents they serve.
Parents Toolshop® wants to maintain
the integrity and quality of services provided by anyone
referencing and using The Parents Toolshop
materials, to be sure parents are learning the most accurate and
effective teachings possible. Therefore, we offer this Advisor
certification program for professionals who work one-on-one with
parents.
WHAT IS A PARENTS TOOLSHOP® ADVISOR?
Parents Toolshop® Advisors are trained and authorized to use
Parents Toolshop® teachings, including the proprietary Universal
Blueprint® Parenting Success Formula (UB), to provide individual
coaching, consultation or counseling to parents. They are not
certified to facilitate educational groups that teach Parents
Toolshop® concepts.
ADVISOR CLASSIFICATION LEVELS
1. Level I Advisor: Consultants (who have no license,
certification or specialized training in parenting other than
Parents Toolshop books/training)
2. Level II: Certified Family Professionals (have a license,
certificate or degree)
There are two types of Level II Advisors:
a. Certified Coaches
b. Licensed/Certified Family Professionals (CFLE, LSW).

Level III Advisors: Licensed Independent Practitioners (have
license, certificate or degree and an independent
practice already established.)
